RUN DMC was inducted in Rock in Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland Ohio. The hip hop pioneers were inducted 25 years after their debut album was released. Darryl McDaniels & Rev. Joseph Simmons both accepted their award together. I'm sure this was a bitter sweet moment for the two emcees, they lost their DJ and third member Jason "Jam Master Jay" Mizell in 2002.

Dame Dash and Rachel Roy is headed down divorce ville. After four years, two kids, threats of repossessions, foreclosures and bankruptcy later the couple has split. Dame stepped down as CEO of Rocafella Records and Rocawear and since then Dame has been known for bad business deals and debt. The couple married in January 2005, and started a women's clothing line. (Don't worry I've never heard anything about it either) Unfortunately, for the Dashes shortly after getting married Dame went through a divorce with his business partner Shawn "Jay Z" Carter. CLEVELAND (March 6) - Police searched Friday for a newlywed suspected of killing his wife, his sister-in-law and three young children in one of the city's most horrific shootings in years.

The victims were found Thursday night on the top floor a two-family home on the city's west side, police said.

Authorities said they were searching for 33-year-old Davon Crawford, whose wife, Lechea Crawford, 30, was among those killed.

Police identified the other victims as Lechea Crawford's sister Rose Stevens, 25, and her three children: Destiny Woods, 4; and 2-year-old twins Dion and Davion Primm. A fifth child was wounded and being treated at MetroHealth Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Susan Christopher told The Plain Dealer.
Authorities had previously said the victims were one woman and four children; there was no immediate explanation Friday for the discrepancy.

A police helicopter assisted in the search and authorities were checking transit system buses.

"It's probably one of the worst multiple shootings that I've seen in a long time," said Police Chief Michael McGrath.

Outside the home, Lamar Arnold told The Plain Dealer that Crawford, whom he recognized from a police photo shown on television, was the man who had married his daughter on Monday.

Arnold said his daughter had sent him an unusual cell phone text message at 7:47 p.m. Thursday saying "Call me, live your life, love it."

"Then I tried to call her about 12 times, and there never was an answer," he said.
Police said there were two rental units in the house, and all the victims were killed in the upstairs apartment. The building is on a tree-lined street of older, mostly two-story frame houses and some apartment buildings.

India Cobb told WJW-TV she saw Crawford, whom she identified as a cousin, earlier Thursday and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

"It didn't seem anything was wrong or anything like that," Cobb said. "He just got married ... He just had a baby girl. I don't understand what went wrong. I don't know what happened. I'm still trying to find out myself."

A crowd milled around late Thursday near the home, including some who said they were family and friends of the victims.

Shortly after midnight, about four hours after the shootings, several women whom police had let into the cordoned-off area came back in tears, got into a car and left. Another woman walked away from the scene.

I am so over the whole Chris Brown Rihanna drama. I think that these two are kids, look at their child like behavior they fought and made up. Like kids they have totally forgotten about all the drama that's around them and they are living happily ever after. While the adults are still wondering why are they back hanging. Well I have the answer for that question, because THEY ARE KIDS! Sidebar, when my two boys are outside and they start fighting with their friends I never go out in my robe and rollers looking for the other kids parents, because in twenty minutes they will be back playing together. Know look the media and blogs (not me) made a big fuss over the drama and these two are back playmates.

Now back to the story, here's the updates. Chris is due in court this morning, no one is expecting Rihanna to show up. However I'm hearing that the state have enough to continue without her as a witness. But, I'm also hearing that the state does not plan on charging Chris with domestic abuse. So is it safe to say that this was a fight, not domestic abuse. I'm not sure we will have to stay tuned for what happens in court today.

(So where is the marriage license) I'm not believing this like I'm not believing that she is pregnant. Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies, including assault and making criminal threats by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, reports the Associated Press. His arraignment hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. PT today.
The charges are the latest development in a drama that began nearly a month ago when he and girlfriend Rihanna canceled appearances at the Feb. 8 Grammys as Brown was booked and released in Los Angeles on a felony charge of suspicion of making a criminal threat to a woman.

And while police had not named the woman in the case, hours before the incident, Brown, 19, was seen leaving a Feb. 7 pre-Grammys party with girlfriend Rihanna, 21.

Jasmina Amena was diagnosed with Leukemia in January, and is searching for a bone marrow match. Yesterday, on her 6Th birthday Kelly Rowland surprised Jasmina when she visited her in the hospital and took pictures and signed autographs.

Keri Hilson or should I say Kurtis Hilson, is getting her 50Cent on. Over the weekend a remix to Turning me Off remix was leaked, this is not a shocker. However her SNEAK DISS to Beyonce and Ciara was a SHOCKER!

Is Keri to early in her career for this, or is this another plot by Polow the Don (we know he loves attention). I think its safe to say that its more damaging to her career to call out Beyonce and Ciara. As a solo artist Keri is a rookie, Ciara is not really an all star but she sure in the hell has a fan base, Beyonce of these two are definitely Michael Jordan.

I did my research and come to find out Keri Hilson never wrote for Beyonce directly, however she did write Love in the Club Remix which features Beyonce. She did produce Ciara's Promise but never penned for Ciara. So, is Keri Hilson looking for attention, or is she on her Kurtis. Just trying to create enough buzz to sale some records. I'll take #2 for $500 Alex, I believe that she is a little nervous about her album dropping and is trying to create a little buzz around it.

I checked the credits on all three of Beyonce CD's, and both of Ciara's and Keri Hilson, haven't penned anything for neither one of them. I have to say that this song sounds very personal. It maybe a sneak diss at Beyonce because of Diva. But if my memory serves me right Beyonce says in Diva All my ladies give it up, when I see you I do the same. So Bey is not hating on anyone, whats the problem Kurtis Hilson?

Beyonce should hit Keri with Mims famous line "I can sell a mill sell you nothing on the track" I quess Kurtis didn't hear her when she said you must not know bout me, don't your ever for a second get to thinking your IRREPLACEABLE!

For reality star Kimora Lee, it's Life in the Fab Lane, indeed. The divorce between Lee, 33, and Russell Simmons, 51, has been finalized, with huge payouts for the model/fashion designer. Simmons has agreed to pay child support for daughters, Ming, 9, and Aoki, 6, of $20,000 each per month until the girls turn 19, according to court papers filed Thursday in Los Angeles. Lee also won sole legal and physical custody of the girls, with monitored visitation for Simmons.

"When the children are in [Simmons's] custody, they shall be accompanied at all times by a nanny and security person," the filing reads.

Simmons also agreed to provide a new car, worth at least $60,000, for the children's use, until they turn 16. The car will be replaced every three years, documents show.
The papers also outline a meticulous, seven-page agreement on Simmons's visitation rights, giving him access to the girls every eighth week during their school year and on various holidays.

T.I was asked to pay an increase of $2,000 a month to the mother of his children Lashawn Dixon. With this increase Clifford T.I Harris will pay $5,000 a month to the mother of two.

The sadess case of the three is Actor Tyrese Gibson and his ex wife Norma. Tyrese and Norma met while he was visiting the UK. Where Norma was a unemployed college student living with her mother. After dating Tyrese wined and dined Norma and showered her with expensive gifts, and gave her unlimited access to his credit cards. Norma moved to California with Tyrese and later they married.

Two years and divorce later, Norma claims that she need at $12,000 a month to keep up with her life style. Although, Tyrese currently pays her $5,000 a month, plus rent on a $2700 apartment and almost $800 a month for the lease on her Range Rover. However, this is not enough for Norma who claims her expenses far exceed the $5000 a month he gives her.

Shayla costs over $350 and Tyrese prefers that the baby doesn’t wear the same outfit twice. A pair of shoes for Shayla costs at least $100 and she claims Tyrese does not like to see the baby in scuffed shoes so she has to purchased them frequently. She also spends over $300 on toys, over $1000 on the baby’s jewelry and over $250 on grooming supplies for Shayla a month. Norma also outlined expenses for traveling to Disneyland every other month, the aquarium three times a month, first class flights and expensive hotels since they are now accustomed to these things.

She is requesting that the court orders Tyrese to pay her at least $12,000 a month.

It's been weeks since the last public sighting of Rihanna, she was spotted Punta Mita, Mexico at a private villa along the beach. Rih Rih looks like she's doing well. While we are on the subject here's the latest in the Chrihanna drama. Arraignment date was set for March 5, for Chris who is charged with a felony criminal threat. Domestic abuse charges has not been filed against him and Rihanna has yet to file charges against Chris. This is what sources tell intouch weekly.

“We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case,” a spokesperson in the Los Angeles DA’s office tells In Touch. But Chris is not necessarily out of hot water, even if Rihanna never files charges. “If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim.” With a March 5 arraignment date set in LA for Chris, 19, In Touch has also learned that Rihanna does not have to make an appearance at the courthouse. “She will not have to show up during the arraignment,” the spokesperson says.

Kelly Rowland, designer Isaac Mizrahi and Senior Vice President of IMG Fashion Fern Mallis will serve as host and a judge respectively on Bravo’s upcoming design show, The Fashion Show. The Project Runway-replacement follows professional designers as they compete for a chance to have their designs sold by a major retail outlet. The designers will face off in challenges and have their fate determined not only by the judges, but also by a studio audience.

Dipset's Jim Jones is balling on a budget according to industry rumors. Like his mentor and friend Dame Dash, Jones has fallen on financial issues. The "Swagga like us" reject, who bragged about his finances is now being accused of not paying his producers and featured artist that appeared on Bad Santa. A lawyer for one of the producers featured on Bad Santa contacted SOHH in response to a post on AllHipHop.

I read on the allhiphop.com rumor section that Jim Jones is getting sued by a team of producers who he jacked for his "Bad Santa" album. As a Manager for a producer who placed 4 tracks on this project and I can confirm this rumor as true.

I have been trying for months to resolve this situation with Koch, Chris Luck, Yandi Smith, and Jim's lawyers. I was told by Jim's team that they were waiting on E1/Koch to open up the budget and that everyone would receive their producer declarations and checks by the end of the January. Once February rolled around I remained very skeptical of the lies from Yandi Smith, Chris Luck, and Jim Jones, and that's when Jim's manager Yandi Smith and lawyers at Seldemeyer and Associates in a last ditch lie instructed me to contact E1/Koch in order to receive my producers check.

You'll be surprised to know that upon contacting the E1/Koch financial department last week the truth was revealed. It turns out that E1/Koch had cut Jim Jones, Byrd Gang Records and Jones Family Productions, the whole lump sum check for the budget for this album months ago, in addition to checks for two future projects. This unidentified employee in the the E1/Koch financial department expressed to me that I am not the first, nor the last manager/lawyer to contact them regarding Jim's misappropriation of budget checks designated for payments to producers and featured artists.

In fact under sworn secrecy I was divulged information that the IRS in looking into Jim for possible tax evasion due to his embezzling of these funds. This employee of E1/Koch as well as a source at Sony also informed me about Jim Jones' current financial problems and possibility of bankruptcy resulting from his lack of income due to his debut Sony album being pushed back for a 2 years period, in addition to his extravagant buyout (It was rumored to be $10 million plus) he was forced to pay Cam'Ron in order to be released from his Dip Set contract and retain his Jim Jones Stage name. I guess now Jimmy can stop worrying about Jay Z business. The IRS are three people no one wants trouble with. To much time focusing on Jay, and less time on writing checks to featured artist and producers. No more visits to the Gucci store to fight, Jim should stop at the return counter. Besides Jimmy financial issues, Cam'ron makes a bold allegations that Juelz Santana is addicted to syrup. Santana released a statement:

"For him to say he stopped messing with me because I was drinking syrup -- that's like Baby saying he doesn't mess with [Lil] Wayne because he was drinking syrup," Santana said in an interview. "He just wanted to say something and that was probably the only way he could say something and keep his character up. I was never addicted to syrup. I used to drink it on occasion. After allegations of failure to pay producers and featured artist, Juelz is addicted to syrup, Dipset have more news. Dipset affiliate King Tut is a wanted man at large, after he allegedly stabbed a woman seven times in her Hackensack, New Jersey apartment yesterday (February 12).

The rapper and an associate were arrested early Wednesday morning(February 11) in Northern New Jersey, after police found a half-ounce of cocaine hidden inside of a teddy bear.

Also recovered were several small baggies of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, including a digital scale. According to police, King Tut, born Darnell Brittingham, was released from Bergen County Prison yesterday (February 12), after he posted a $25,000 bond.

Just hours after being released, the 23-year-old went to the Hackensack apartment and stabbed the unidentified woman seven times. Police are now seeking to arrest King Tut for the attempted murder, but currently do not know his whereabouts.

Deniece Williams, four time Grammy award winning artist, was born June 4, 1950 in Gary, Indiana. Deniece began her career as a backup singer for Stevie Wonder and Minnie Riperton. In 1976, she left Stevie Wonder and teamed up with Maurice White a producer from super group Earth, Wind and Fire to record her debut album titled This is Neicy. This is Neicy was her first release under Columbia Records, her first single "Free" reached number 2 on Black Singles charts and #25 on Billboards Hot 100. "Cause you love me baby", was Deniece first Billboard #1, "Cause you love me baby" was featured on the flip side of free.

Deniece teamed up with Johnnie Mathis to record two top 10 hits, That's what friends are for, and Without Us (which became the theme song for Family Ties). Deniece scored two more top ten singles on Billboard, but this time with a new record label ARC (American Recording Company). Silly went #7 and It's gonna take a miracle went to #10 on the pop charts. She released Let's hear it for the boy, for the motion picture "Footloose" Deniece released an inspirational single title "Black Butterfly", that landed at #1 on R&B charts and would stay their for 6 weeks. Let's hear it for the boy, and Black Butterfly would go on to the big the biggest singles of Deniece career.

Deniece left R&B in the late eighty, and recorded a Gospel Album "The Grateful Redication. As a Gospel artist Deniece scored three Grammy Awards. Deniece also recorded an inspirational Barack Obama anthem entitled '"A Change We Can Beliece In." The song is written by Deniece, percussionist Jerry Peters and songwriter Harvey Mason. To date there are three versions of "A Change We Can Believe In," a "universal" version which features a 160-voice chorus (currently being viewed); a second R&B/Gospel-infused version featuring Deniece on lead vocal; and the final, orchestral/instrumental arrangement for a variety of post-production applications.

Memo to Curtistine, we all are aware of Jasmine Sullivan's single bust the windows out your car, but damaging another man's vehicle is not cool unless your in a sexual relationship with that man. NAACP celebrates their 100th birthday this year. A milestone not only for NAACP but for people of color. NAACP is the oldest civil rights organization in United States. This year celebration was hosted by Tyler Perry and Halle Berry, performers included Beyonce', Jennifer Hudson, Seal, Stevie Wonder and Def Poets. Today, NAACP kicks off their year-long centennial celebration. Honorees include former Vice President Al Gore and Dr. Wangari Muta Maathai, who both received the Chairman’s Award. Great Muhammad Ali received the President's Awards. Russell Simmons was honored with Vanguard Award. I know that its February 12, but so what! I know you all heard of better late than never. Today's person you should know is Tammi Terrell, most known for her duets with R&B legend Marvin Gaye. THOMASINA "TAMMI" MONTGOMERY TERRELL was born April 29, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA. At 16 she signed to Scepter Records, where she recorded under the name Tammy Montgomery. From there Tammy came across the attention of James Brown and recorded a single under his "Try Me" label. Tammy also signed to Checker Records before Motown Founder Barry Gordy signed her. Tammi signed with Motown Records in 1965 at the age of 20. At Motown is where Tammy went from Tammy Montgomery to Tammi Terrell. At. Motown Records is where Tammi met her boyfriend David Ruffin. Ruffin and Tammi continued their relationship until her untimely death.

In 1967 Terrel recorded her first duet with Marvin Gaye, and from their her success grew. Songwriters Ashford & Simpson penned hits for the duo including Ain't nothing like the real thing, Ain't no mountain high enough, You're all I need to get by.
During a performance in October 1967 at Hampden Sydney College she collapsed in Marvin's arm. Tammi was rushed to a hospital and was diagnosed with a brain tumor. As Tammi health deteriorated, Valerie Simpson recorded Tammi vocals for her on her last recording Marvin titled "Easy". Tammi under went eight surgeries to with failed attempts to save her life. Despite surgeries her tumor continued to grow.

March 16,1970 Tammi Terrell died at 24. Her death was contributed to brain tumors. Gaye was so devastated by her decline and eventual passing that he retired from the road for three years; her loss also contributed greatly to the spiritual turmoil which informed his 1971 masterpiece What's Going On.

Last night I had a conversation with two of my best friends. And we realized that the media is spinning the hell out of this Chris Brown, Rihanna drama. One of two things don't add up, why in the hell is all her friends now saying that this is not his first time (I'm not buying it). Domestic violence is a serious offense. And a tiff between girlfriend and boyfriend and domestic violence is two different things. Chris Brown is human and so is Rihanna, besides being humans they are young. They are living their dreams, juggling a relationship, and trying to enjoy their success. I'm sure they have more pressure on them than the average 25 year old. Poor decisions on them were made that night, that I'm sure they both regret. We don't know the extent of her injuries and the media can only speculate what actually happened. I'm sure Rihanna is not the innocent abused girlfriend that the media has spun her into being. Rihanna is the same person who said that she was so embarrassed about the Jay Z rumors that she didn't feel comfortable being in the same room as him. Later on we found out that her publicist made up those stories just to keep her relevant. I'm forced to believe that Rihanna is eating up all this publicity, and I'm sure her people (the same ones that started the Jay rumors) is telling her to say nothing. The longer no one talks the more people will speculate the worst.

I'm sure both Chris and Rihanna is full of regrets of how that night played out. That night will live with them forever. Two people as talented as both Chris and Rihanna will have that night in the shadows of their career forever. Every magazine will always want to talk about that night.

Will we all laugh at the media if these two get back together, they are both dumb and I can't speak for them. But I'm guessing that this was more of a boyfriend/girlfriend disagreement and like always the girlfriend through the first blow and it got out of control. (Please don't take this as I agree with domestic violence) But domestic violence and a fight is two different things! Let's see how this plays off.

She's Back!!

Jennifer Hudson is back with her second video "If it isn't love" from her debut album. This is her first video since the lost of her mom, brother and nephew last fall. Jennifer is back and looks GOOD!!

People.com reports that the Grammy winner, 27, will kick off her first solo tour April 2 in Philadelphia alongside R&B singer Robin Thicke. The duo will co-headline a five-week U.S. tour that will wrap up May 8. Chicago is on the list of stops, as are Baltimore, New York City, Detroit, Memphis, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Washington, D.C., Dallas and Los Angeles, according to Hudson's Web site. No word on dates or venues yet. But I will definitely keep you posted.

In the twist and turns of the Chris Brown & Rihanna drama we've heard from Kanye, T.I, but now Jay Z. Accordingly to U.S. Weekly Jay said “He hit the roof. Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew.”

This I don't believe. I am a die hard Jay Z and fan, and I've followed Jay since the beginning of his career. The only girl that was ever officially a member of Jay's crew was Amil. As we know that she is no longer apart of his crew. I am taking a stand that I will no longer blog about this. The story on thats being posted is so one sided and until we hear from both Chris and Rihanna, were through with this.

Domestic Abuse is a serious issue, no matter who the parties are that's involved. NO man should hit a woman, and no woman should hit a man. My Grandmother always said if your big enough to hit your big enough to get hit back. No one knows what really happened but Chris Brown and Rihanna. She may be the instigator, he may be. The defense has rested in the Jamal Woods capital murder trial.
Lawyers for the prosecution and defense will make their closing arguments Thursday morning, then Circuit Judge Laura Hamilton will charge the jury. It's possible the jury could begin deliberations sometime Thursday afternoon.

Woods, 24, is accused of murder in the fatal shootings of Thurston Turner and Tanqueray "Tank" Beavers, both of Athens, at Friday's on University Drive on Dec.17, 2006. He is charged also with two counts of attempted murder for allegedly wounding Autora Rogers of Athens and William Reliford of Hazel Green during the same shooting spree.

The defense rested after testimony by Birmingham neuropsychologist Joseph Ackerson that Woods is affected by a mental condition antisocial personality disorder.

Those affected by the disorder have a tendency to react with extreme aggression when they feel that their honor or safety has been violated, said Ackerson, director of neuropsychology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Early childhood influences are instrumental in molding the person into who a person eventually becomes, Ackerson said. In this case, Woods early exposure to gang culture by his uncle and aunt, were instrumental in forming who he is now, he said.

If a person with the condition is placed a threatening situation, the outcome is predictable, Ackerson said.

No one knows what exactly what went down Sunday Morning, before the 51st Grammy Awards. But, police has confirmed that the women name in the altercation with Superstar Chris Brown is Robyn "Rihanna" Fenty.

Rihanna suffer two contusions, a bloody lip and nose. Rihanna was treated at Cedar Sinai Medical Center where sources tell Radar.com
“Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming,” the source said. “Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get… her point across.”

Brown was booked and release on $50,000 bail and is expected back in court in March.

This years Grammys was more performance than it was awards. This year Rap & R&B stood out with Lil Wayne grapping 8 nods, Neyo 6 nods and Jay Z 5 nods. Not only did Rap and R&B grap up nominations, we also took the Grammys by storm with our performaces. I can say this year was the most entertaining Grammys I've seen. 51st Annual Grammy Awards, was glamour, glitter, & gritty night. Chris Brown was arrested for allegedly assaulting girlfriend Rihanna. The Rap Pack showed up and showed out with their performance of "Swagga Like Us". Neyo, Jaime Foxx and Smokey Robinson tributes the Legendary Four Tops, along side of the only surviving member of The Four Tops Obie Benson. Lil Wayne and Robin Thicke gave a wonderful tribute to hurricane Katrina survivors, and brought along blues stars from The Big Easy. Jennifer Hudson gave a beautiful and emotional performance. Jenny is the ultimate come back kid. Speaking of come back Whitney Houston presented best R&B Album award and looked stunning.Justin Timberlake took the stage twice, first with R&B Legend Al Green and then with Rap Superstar T.I. Estelle and her American Boy Kanye West performed and presented "Best New Artist Award". The Rap Pack was in great demand, all four guys took the stage twice. Jay took the stage with Coldplay before joining the fellas. But the talk of the night is M.I.A, performing with Jay Z, T.I, Lil Wayne and Kanye and nine months pregnant. Today is actually her due date, but we couldn't tell as she rapped, and song Paper Planes which lead into Swagga Like Us. This year the awards was more performance than awards but overall it was a 8, and they can thank M.I.A for that.

Chris Brown and Rihanna cancelled their performances for 2009 Grammy Awards. Talk begin to fly on just why, according to E! News About the time Brown was scheduled to be singing "Forever" onstage at Los Angeles' Staples Center, he was instead detained by police, being questioned for allegedly roughing up Rihanna.

Brown, 19, turned himself in at the Wilshire station around 6:30 p.m. and was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. The case will now be sent to the district attorney's office and further charges could be filed. He was released from jail after posting $50,000 bail.

Sources tell E! News that the alleged victim was Rihanna, 20, and that she suffered visible bruises on her face during an altercation that took place hours earlier. Both in turn balked on scheduled Grammy performances.

A spokeswoman for Brown's label declined comment. Rihanna's publicist, Amanda Silverman, would only tell E! News that the 20-year-old "Disturbia" singer was involved in an unspecified traffic mishap. "Rihanna is well," the rep said. "Thank you for concern and support."

Per department policy, police declined to identify the alleged victim in the incident, which occurred about 12:30 a.m. in the Hancock Park area, apparently as the two were heading home from Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy bash, where they had been all smiles.

In a statement, police say Brown and his companion "became involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker."

By the time officers arrived on the scene, Brown had split.

Rihanna, whose full name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty, decided against singing a medley of "Disturbia" and "Live Your Life" at tonight's awards. Likewise, Brown scrapped his scheduled performance of "Forever."

After conversing with my girls, I have to come to realize how shallow we are as women. After a long debate over the fact that Tameka Foster Raymond is not pretty enough for Usher. And at that moment I thought about how indecisive women are. If you see a success black man with the woman he choose what does it matter that she is not drop dead gorgeous. How come a real woman, with 3 children and stretch marks cant have Usher? For everyone who feels like Chili is cuter, I say to you so what. Usher is a GROWN ASS MAN! Every time you see a handsome guy and a beautiful woman, you say "Why can't he be with a regular girl." But when you see a celebrity with a so called "REGULAR GIRL", she is not good enough for him. My friend is such a T.I. fanatic that his girlfriend Tameka "Tiny" Cottle stands no chance with her. Shes always find something negative about her from her outfit, to her hair, or just a OMG she is just ugly.

But their is one woman who don't stand a chance with public opinion, Usher's wife Tameka Foster Raymond. Where is written that an average girl cant have a superstar husband. If Tameka Foster had those same looks with long blond hair and white complexion and was married to Justin Timberlake, she would be a hot rock star wife. There would be no talk that he looks better with Brittany. Who says that a hawt man must have a super model girlfriend or wife. I believe that if Usher wanted to be with Chili he would be with Chili, or vice verse. He choice his wife, I'm sure he didn't have a shot gun style wedding. Is Americans brain-washed into believing that Happily Ever After bullshit? Snow White kissed a toad to get to her Prince Charming, hell the girls on Flavor kissed his ugly ass he never turned into anything other than an annoying over the age hype man.

After minding my business surfing the internet, I realize that theres still a cultural break down between black and whites. Even with a Black President and us accepting Emimen as a rapper theres still a division between the two. Actor Christian Bale cursed out the director Shane Hurlbut for entering his site lines during the shooting of Termantion Salvation. So I stop by another site and the headline reads "Apologetic Christian Bale Calls F-Bomb Tirade" 'Inexcusable'. The F bomb, what the F%$K is the F bomb. Is this F bomb the same one that Isiah Washington dropped on T.R. Knight? You would think that after all the Ja' and J.Lo thing,(refer to the video) you would think that we would at least be on the same page. Blues legend Etta James should be ashamed of her self, how old is too old for fuckery. Ms. Etta James performed in Seattle WA she went on to make these statements....

“You guys know your president, right? You know the one with the big ears? Wait a minute, he ain’t my president, he might be yours, he ain’t my president. You know that woman he had singing for him, singing my song. She’s going to get her ass whooped. The Great Beyonce. I can’t stand Beyonce. This is a different Etta James who was singing Beyonce's praise on the red carpet for Cadillac Records. Could it be that Ms. Etta James came down with a small case of Curtis'itis? What's Etta's beef with President Obama? Maybe Etta would have liked to perform at the inauguration her self. Etta should be happy that Cadillac Records made her relevant again. In the last 12 months we have heard more about Etta James than we have in the past 10 years. For that alone Ms. James should be rejoicing.

Is 50 Cent, hip-hops bully according to Merriam Webster defines a bully as an overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people. So by Merriam Webster's Dictionary 50 wouldn't fall under the category of a bully. But what is, is annoying VERY! Any grown man who goes after others for no reason is a coward. Yeah I said it a COWARD! 50 jumped started his career calling our Murder Inc's artist Ja Rule. He released a song called "Wanksta" and took shots at Ja Rule. After 50's release Ja failed to release another #1 album. After 50 cooked up beef with Ja he became one of Hip Hop most successful artist. But without his fair share of drama.

Since his rise to stardom in 2003, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, has cooked up beef with everyone from The Game to Rick Ross. Mr. Jackson's action is borderline bitchy, you would think a man as successful as 50 would not have insecurities of any kind. 50 cooks up beefs, just in time for his new released and what ever rapper at that time that is getting more play than he is, it the next contestant on his beef list. In 2005, 50 managed to cook up a big pot of bullshit when he got upset that The Game made statements saying that he will not participate in 50 feuds. 50 then managed to have negative things to say about Bad Boy Record's records and CEO Sean Combs regarding Combs refusal to release Mase from his contract. 50 released a song called Hip Hop taking shots at Combs, implying that Combs was responsible for his friend Notorious B.I.G's murder. He went on to make a reply to Ja Rule's New York, New York called Piggy Bank taking jabs at Nas, Jada Kiss and Fat Joe. Not that 50 didn't have enough drama, he managed to brew up yet another pot of beef, this time with Diplomats CEO, Cam'ron. 50 called Koch Records a "graveyard" said that they only sign artist after their career has died. 50 continued to take jabs at other rappers over years, he took a shot at Rocafella C.E.O and Def Jam's ex-president Shawn"Jay Z" Carter but unlike the other artist Jay had a trick up his sleeve. Jay took the drama to the stage of New York's Summer Jam, where 50 opened up for Jay and Jay followed his opening act with the lines "I'm bout a dollar, fuck a 50 cent" as the crowd cheered, I'm sure Curtis was filled with embarrassment for the 1st time he was the one everyone was laughing at.

The laughter didn't stop there. Jay's artist Kanye West and 50 released albums on the same day and from there a friendly competition started. Friendly, is what it wasn't 50 declared on National television that if Kanye out sale him that he will retire from rapping. Opening week sales came in and the winner was crowned Kanye, Kanye successful defeated 50 not only in the US, also in Canada and UK. Kanye sold over 3 hundred thousand more copies than 50 release "Curtis". The country laughed when 50 retracted his statement that he will hang up his mic. In the spirit of good ole fashion mockery. Kanye's record label released a congratulations commercial on MTV and BET. With a little taste of his own medicine you would think that 50 would throw the towel in. Unfortunately, for us 50 kept his fuckery up, but with new targets.

His new targets Lil Wayne, New Orleans rapper who was introduced to us at 14 years old as one of Cash Money Records Hot Boyz. 10 years later Lil Wayne gained the success that he was deserving of. But like the Drama Queen he is 50 was not happy that Lil Wayne was more relevant than he was. So in usual 50 spirit he began to make shots at Lil Wayne. 50 called Lil Wayne "Hip Hop's whore" and went on to make other remarks about Lil Wayne on his song Part-Lover. After Lil Wayne refused to take 50's bait, he later went on to target Atlanta's T.I calling T.I a federal snitch. T.I like Wayne didn't take 50's bait. 50 has timely beef, they all seem to match up with his release dates for his newest project.

Just in time for his latest release 50 is now down south brewing his latest beef. At the end of January 2009, 50 release a song online called "Officer Ricky". This time he is taking jabs at Rick Ross. For this fight 50 entered Hip Hops retirement home and picked up Trick Daddy. Afterwards he stopped by Slut Buckets "R" Us and picked up Jackie O and Rick Ross baby mama Tia. Together with Tia, they have made vlogs for you tube, claiming that Tia has a great story and gives her a book deal. Tia and 50 says that Rick Ross persona is a fake. Where did all this come from no one knows, but this is another one of 50's hissy fits. Well as usual I have to end this with a Jay Z quote " Men shouldn't be jealous that's a female trait".

Heres my 2cents (no point intended) 50 cent, took his name from a stick up kid from Brooklyn and based his a single off of this man's life. Curtis Jackson called his single "How to Rob" where he tells a story on how he would scheme and rob, New York rappers, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Puff, Mase, Jay Z and others. Funny thing is Kelvin Martin was just that a robber, a stick up kid. On the streets the term 5-0 means police, (see the picture I'm painting, follow me I will take you there) Mr. Jackson, was named on the indictments of Murder Inc's Irv Gotti. So is 50 working with the police? (that's what he accused T.I of) Well he suppose to be a man of the streets but he did file a complaint on Ja Rule and other Murder Inc artist, when they ran up in 50 studio and delivered 50 a big basket of knuckles and fist. After Beef DVD series found court records stating that Curtis Jackson filed for a restraining order against Ja Rule and Black Child. So, in lamest terms Curtis Jackson isn't who he says he is either. Besides suffering from extreme jealousy he also have a case of delusion. On this blog we will call him Curtis Jackson from now on, we will not participate in him stealing someone else identity.

Its a man's world and it wouldn't be anything without a woman or a girl. In 2008 Trina was the only female emcee to drop a new CD. So where my girls at. Since the birth of hip hop women have always played a big part in the success of hip hop. So are we getting lost in a man's world, or we the reason for our on extinct. I'm not sure. Women fought to be a part of a male driven business, in the early 80's men were purchasing 90% of hip hop music. In the early 80's a female emcee was rare. Until a 14 year old broke down the door at hip hop. When she went after a mainstream group UTFO with her response to their hit "Roxanne, Roxanne". Roxanne Shante was the first female emcee to get major play on radio with her hit "Roxanne Revenge". Men had to take notice that the girls could do what they do and BETTER. Roxanne Shante was the first to have mainstream exposure. Salt-n-Pepa took a page from Roxanne Shante book and recorded a response to Dougie Fresh and Slick Rick "The Show", and came with their song "The Show Stoppers". Hip Hop's first female super group was a sexy, but had what it took for the boys to take notice. They paved the way for other female emcees. But the road they paved would remain a rocky road. The boys could not let the girls take over there game. But there was one girl to give the guys a run for their money. MC Lyte, younger sister to Audio Two (Milk Dee & Gizmo) Lyte watched her brothers perform their hit "Top Billin" and fell in Love with hip hop. She dressed like the boys, unlike the girls before her. She commanded the attention with her Timbs and leather bomber jackets. With her tomboy style she was able to go head to head with the boys.

New Jersey born Queen Latifah came with a new style and meaning to ladies of Hip Hop. With her hit Ladies first, she bragged about women no longer playing second fiddle to the guys. But, not until 1994 would a woman solo artist be able to accomplish what Da Brat did with her first solo album Funkdafied which was certified platinum. Da Brat like Lyte was lyrical, and a tomboy. She came with a different sound. Her sound was more playful, it was party music. While Puff Daddy and Notorious B.I.G introduced us to Ghetto Fab, they also introduced us to Lil Kim in the mid 90's Kim came into the game with nothing but a matching pantie and bra set and fur coat. She was sexier than the girls before her, she was more explicit and she talked about what the guys talked about but from a woman's point of view. Kim became hip hops first sex kitten. She may have also been female emcees gift and the curse. Another New York native, Foxy Brown also dropped in the mid 90's like Kim she was sexy but her lyrics were a little rougher she was spitting like a guy with a skirt and heels on. She was the protege and dream child of Rocafella Record CEO Jay Z. But Kim and Foxy influenced female rappers after them like no other female rapper was able to do before them. Before Kim and Foxy every female rapper had their own image, their own style, their own story. After these two New Yorkers walked into the game, every other girl wanted to talk about their designer bags, how good their sex was, and paying like you weigh.

Late 90's the game was screaming for another female with her own style, her own sound. Super producer Missy Elliott was that much needed break away from, Louie bags and good coochie. She was not a size 4 and she had a different style. Her music was more universal, it was sunshine on a rainy day. She had a hard beats that the boys had, but with a different dance flavor. Lauryn Hill is 1/3 of super group the Fuguees. She brought a her own unique sound to hip hop. She was a rapper/singer she could spit, but she could sing. She displayed a different sound and look for hip hop. It was a more conscience look. Philly rapper, Eve came into the game on a motorcycle. Like the loud pipes from the bike she was on she also was making big noise with her first single "What ya Want". Eve, like Lauryn and Missy their image was a cleaner image, a positive imagine and their music was broader than the ladies before them. Since the beginning of Hip Hop every woman went on to create another outlet for female emcees. So who's next, and what's next for female emcee.

Miami Ma'mi Trina made an attempt in dropping a new CD in 2008, but some where in the revolution of female emcee, Trina was lost. She is still rapping about the same topics Kim and Foxy tapped on in the mid and late 90's. With the music business not being as kind as it was in the eighties and nineties an artist have to be more commercial, you have to revolve. We cant afford to spend $10 on another CD and your still talking about the same things from your previous CD. Rap music like everything else is a evolution you have to be more than an rapper you have to become an artist. Your art has to be captivating to make it in a "dog eat dog business".

Like always I have to give you my top 10, but this one is a little different I have two top 10's the first one is Top 10 Female Emcees who created a different look and sound for them. Its my top 10 of emcees who made their place in hip hop history with their own unique look and sound. And the second one is my top ten female emcees of all time.

10.) Mia X- Mostly known as the first lady of No Limit Records. Mia X made her debut during the Lil Kim era she introduced us to her sound, it was feminine but raw. She had the flow of the guys but with in a girly tone. She was not a size 4 but she did have a sex appeal, despite that.

9.) Shawnna- Known as Ludacris protege Shawnna has her own style and sound. She is repping for mid west (Chicago) she have the lyrics that commands your attention. Shawnna is real and raw and she always have a little for the ladies.

8.) Lady of Rage best known for her appearance on Dr. Dre's The Chronic. She came into the game rocking an old school hairstyle that she bragged about on her debut single "Afro Puffs". Rage was a force to be wrecking with she held on her own with men. She was featured on other Death Row artist projects ( Snoop Dogg "Doggystyle). Lady of Rage went from hairstylist to artist on Death Row to becoming an artist on the label. She also went on to do acting, she played Coretta on The Steve Harvey show, and Baby D on Ice Cube's Next Friday.

7.) Da Brat she came into the game when woman where finding their own look and she came in with a look unique to her. No matter how hip hop changed Da Brat stayed true to her and her look. She will always be known for her twisted pig tails, and her club friendly music.

6.) Missy Elliott- Super producer and writer laughed her way all the way up the charts( he he he ha). Missy created a new look for hip hop. Her videos were impressive, and she gaining exposure for her sassy but kid friendly image.

5.) Lisa "Lefteye" Lopes- Lefteye is mostly known the "L" in TLC, she was the crazy one in the group she created her own look, naming her self left eye because she wore a condom over her lefteye. Lisa and the girls of TLC clothes were baggy and they accessories where everything from Dr. Suess style top hats, to big carnival style glasses, and graffiti on their clothes. Even with their own style of dressing Lisa rapped about what was going on in her life. She address the fact that she burned down her boyfriend home on Lil Kim's "Not tonight", to addressing topics from self esteem and HIV with TLC hits "Un-pretty" and "Waterfalls".

4.) Foxy Brown came into the game behind fellow New Yorker Kim but unlike Kim, Foxy came into the game with a slightly different look. She was rocking couture dresses and gowns in her videos. She was more of the hustlers girlfriend than his one night stand or jump off. Like Kim she rapped about how good her sex was, but she also let men know that she wasn't afraid of them. She was their answer to woman being number two to them. In one rhyme she states that " Remember them days your were dead broke, but your now in style and I raised you, basically made you into a don"

3.) Eve the first lady of Ruff riders, coined the phrase ride or die chick, she was fierce but she was still had an edge. She was feminine but tough. She stood ground with the men. But was repping for the women. Eve was where high fashion meets streets. Her lyrics were street but her look was high fashion with a hip hop twist. Eve was inspiration to all the girls in the hood. With a denim mini skirt and $300 boots she was what the hood needed.

2.) Salt-n-Pepa introduced a look that was similar to what the guys were wearing but with a woman's touch. They rocked leather 8 ball jackets with leggins, graffiti jeans with holes and cropped t-shits, they were sexy before their time. Their music possess the same sexiness as their look.

1.) Lil Kim came into the game with a hard sexually lyrics. Kim introduced hip hop to a raunchy style she raised the bar, she lyrics made men stop in their tracks. As she bragged about drinking babies, and her gold digging antics. Kim change the face of a female emcee. Woman were trading in their leather bomber jackets for fur coats and their timbs for heels.

10.) Vita- Although Vita never released her own album, she was a wonderful feature. She gave Ja Rule's Put it on Ya, and Down 4 U, Mobb Deep "Burn" and the infamous N.E.R.D classic Lapdance

9.) Roxanne Shante- At 14 years old Roxanne Shante wrote a response to U.T.F.O "Roxanne, Roxanne" and titled it Roxanne Revenge. You could hear her adolescence voice, but her rhymes were tough like an adult was spitting them.

8.) Yo Yo- West Coast first mainstream female rapper. Yo Yo did more than represent for IBWC ( Intelligent Black Women Collation) Yo Yo rapped about female empowerment, but still posses what the men where checking for sexiness. With the help of the Ice Cube, Yo Yo gave the women on the West Coast their first number 1 from a female rapper.

7.) Foxy Brown- At 16 years old Foxy was featured on up and coming rapper Jay Z debut single Ain't No Ni**a. Where she brags and boast about taking her boyfriend from local drug dealer to a don. Her lyrics were captivating Foxy was lyrical and sexy she was the total package.

6.) Missy Elliott- Missy changed the came and its concept of a female rapper. She is not only a rapper but she is a super producer and writer. Missy gave another image to the female rapper. Not only is Missy a rapper but she is an entertainer.

5.) Da Brat- Chicago native, Da Brat teamed up with So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri and introduced the world to rap with a lil p-funk which they titled funkdafied. Da Brat had her own sound and her own style. Her style is a little playful and laid back.

3.) Eve- The quiet to the storm that the other girls created. Eve was commanded the respect from the fella she was posed and raw. She was sexy but tough, and so were her lyrics. She was more conscience about what was going on in the world. Eve rapped about domestic abuse. She used her talent to be an outlet for others.

2.) Salt-N-Pepa- The first hip hop super group, they teamed up with DJ Spinderella for a winning formula. Salt N Pepa had what the boys had, a great DJ that could gain any crowd attention, and lyrics to match. Salt N Pepa were the first female entertainers. They danced and rapped, and sold out concerts they wrote the blueprint on female emcee/entertainers.

1.) MC Lyte- MC Lyte was before her time. She had the skills to go head to head with the boys. The swag that made you take notice. This female emcee is arguably the best female emcee ever. She was the first solo female emcee to have chart topper " Cha Cha Cha" . And the only female emcee story teller. Lyte is not only a favorite female emcee but she is one of hip hops favorite emcees.

Hip Hop was founded on the art of Story Telling. Since hip hop early days story telling was a special forum of hip hop. Its the art of putting a story on wax. The entire 16 bars was dedicated to one story. Its like an author writing a book or a writer writing a script to a movie.

Juicy was a story that depict a man and his dream of stardom, its the reflection of that dream after he made it. Its that Dreams do come true song. Juicy is what story telling is all about. Its all about captivating your audience with your opening credit, and giving us an intriguing story that keeps us on the edge of our seat, right before they give you Man, I ain't see that coming close. Its the author point of view that is put into a lyrical wordplay that makes it a STORY. Some rappers have this gift to carry us along for their ride. My favorite hip hop story teller is Scarface. Raps One Hit Wonder

Is a hot song more than a tight beat and catchy hook. Well that formula can make a hot song, but is no guarantee to a hot career. A superstar is made up of more than a hot single. There were alot of promising superstars who twinkle dimmed after there 1st hit. Here's my list of 10 of hip hops biggest one hit wonders.

10.) Craig Mack- Flavor in you ear
Craig Mack was the 1st artist to drop on Puff Daddy's Bad Boy label. After one hit and an even bigger remix. Flavor of your ear went to 9 on Billboards Hot 100 and 1 for 3weeks on Billboards R&B charts in 1994. The remix which featured label mate Notorious B.I.G, L.L Cool J, Busta Rhymes & Rampage. Despite having the hottest song in summer of "94", Craig was over shadowed by the release of Notorious B.I.G.'s Ready to Die album.

9.) Luniz- I got 5 on it
Oakland, CA Yuckmouth and Numskull released every smoker anthem I got 5 on it in 1995. The single which went to 8 on Billboards Hot 100 in US and 3 in UK, was followed by an all star Oakland remix which featured Dru Down, Richie Rich, Shock G, E-40 & Spice 1. Every penny pinching weed smoker had an anthem. Luniz never lit up the charts with another hit, however they seem to spark up some beefs. Fueding with fellow Oakland Rapper Too Short, The Game, Master P and Afro man.

8.) Joe Budden- Pump it Up
Joe Budden dropped 2003 summer hit Pump it up and his debut album. After winning Vibe magazine "Up Next" Award, Joe Budden was deflated. His album or second single was able to pump up fans. After being dropped from his label Def Jam in 2004, Joe made a name for his self on the mix tape circuit.

7.) Mims- This is why I'm hot
Mims reached 1 with his debut single "This is why I'm hot" in 2006 and stayed on the charts until March of 2007. Mims dropped his second single "Like this" which was not as hot as his first. Mims album sales never reached the peak of his lead single. And as "Hot" as Mims was in 2006, as the temperature of his 1st single dropped Mims soon found out how cold the business really is.
6.) Khia- My neck My back
Khia's 2002 debut single "My neck, my back" had all the elements of a hot single. A catchy hook and a tight beat, but it was actually the explicit lyrics that made the song. Not since SWV's "Downtown" did the ladies have a song that expressed how we felt about oral sex. We got the message but as soon as we embraced it we were over it. Khia tried to eat from the same tree as female rappers before her. But in 2002, rap music had a new 1st lady Eve who changed the game. Unfortunately for Khia noone made her aware and she was over shadowed by fans who were no longer buying into the sex sales and was about lyrics. Sorry for Khia her career never rebound in between organisms. Khia attempted a return to music with a failed attempt on VH1's Miss Rap Supreme where Khia was the 2cd lady sent packing.

5.) Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz- Deja Vu
Summer of 1998 Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz had everyone saying "Uptown Baby". Deja Vu was the summer anthem that year, selling over a million copies of the single and reaching 8 on Billboard Hot 100 chart. However, the duo never had another single and eventually split ways. Peter Gunz have retired from rapping but still have a chance at success with his son Corey Gunz.
4.) Sugar Hill Gang- Rappers Delight
Sugar Hill Gang is credited with being the first rap song. Rappers Delight was dropped in 1979 and only reached 34 on Billboard hot 100, however it was a 1 for rap. This is the only rap song that your parents would know word for word. In 1979 Rappers Delight single went Gold and inspired future artist everywhere. Sugar Hill Gang pioneered something bigger than music, and will always be 1 for that reason.

3.) Jim Jones- We fly high (Ballin)
Jim Jones took his balled with his fake jump shot and shot all the way to 5 on Billboard Hot 100 in 2006. After 3 albums Jim Jones finally got his 1st hit as a solo artist. Jim Jones is CEO of Diplomat Records and A&R for Warner Bros Music Group. Spent more time trying to assinate Jay Z character than he did in the studio. After releasing his smash hit Jim took his new found success to go after Rap Mogul Jay Z. In what some would call a retaliation for Jones mentor Dame Dash and Jay ex business partner. Jones was unsuccessful at another hit single as he was at his shots at Jay Z. Maybe Jimmy should take a page from Jay's rap book and listen to Heart of the City. Then maybe Jimmy can stop dropping Fuckery like Bad Santa Christmas album.

2.) Vanilla Ice- Ice Ice Baby
No summary needed..... Rob Vanwinkle had a smash hit in 1990 with his MC Hammer inspired hit Ice, Ice Baby. Lets take a second to thank Suge Knight for his end to this fuckery.

1.) Soulja Boy- Crank Dat
Soulja Boy dropped his Myspace/Youtube smash "Crank Dat" in 2007. Soulja Boy Cranked out over a million ring tones and downloads of his Macarena inspired single. Soulja Boy started a new dance craze and a bigger craze with every other kid dropping their Crank dat Batman, Spiderman, Spongebob and just about every other cartoon character. Soulja Boy produced a hit for Bow Wow in 2008 "Marco Polo". However, Soulja Boy haven't been able to crank out another hit for himself. He dropped his second album in December of 2008 and it cranked out about 45,000 sales its first week. Soulja Boy then tried another route to boost him some album sales, by trying to crank up a beef with Hip Hop Veteran Nas. Soulja Boy accused Nas of killing Hip Hop. Funny thing is in 2007 another Hip Hop Vet accused Soulja of the same thing. Well for this beef I have one on Nas. Soulja Boy just might have to crank up another gimmick cause this one has run out of juice. Nas watch out now,Im not sure your ready for Soulja Boy with lyrics like this......

2008 was a good year for some and not so good for others, lets recap. November of 2007 Jay-Z dropped American Gangster (that debut at 1 on Billboards selling 425,861 copies) Jay set the tone for 2008. Its safe to say 2008 was good to Jay he was the first rapper to ever headline Glastonbury Festival, despite critics and rockers not approving Jay showed up and showed out. The other Mr. Carter, Dwayne that is (Lil Wayne) hit the summer of 2008 with his smash Lollipop ft. Static Major and claimed 2008. Lil Wayne's Carter III was his biggest debut and musics highest numbers of the year. Wayne sold 2.883 million copies as of today (Dec 31,2008). After 6 solo albums, Wayne accomplished more with this album than some legends in their career. Speaking of 6 Atlanta's born T.I dropped his 6th studio album "The Paper Trail" selling 568,000 copies in his 1st week. T.I showed us that you cant hold a good man down. After legal issues and the death of his best friend. Tip turned tragedy into triumph. Jay, Wayne and Tip were not the only rappers 2008 was good to Kanye, Luda, Plies and Fabolous also enjoyed 2008.

Now the Ugly, I hate to do it but some didn't have a good a year. First up, St. Louisian Nelly dropped his highly anticipated Brass knuckles, While we all held our breathe for this album it was Nelly's worst yeah WORST!! Before the album dropped Nelly dropped just about the whole album searching for a 1. Unlike his previous projects this one did not stand up to the hype. From Nelly bad mistakes to Young Berg bad comments. Young Berg after some foolish comments, and bad album sales, Young Berg was slapped up twice. You would think after taking a beat down in The D, Berg should of learned his lesson but NO! He received a slap down from Maino. Berg was not the only clown on some fuckery in 08, his classmate Soulja Fool (I mean Boy) stole the Bird walk, but unlike Crank Dat Dat no one cared to flock around with him. After Cranking out a whole 43,000 units in his first week and landing him at 40 on Billboard's 200. Well Soulja cranked out a vlog claiming that Nas killed hip hop. You read it right Nas. While riding Wayne's dick harder than Karrine Steffans, Soulja also claimed that all a rapper have to do is say something like "I'm the best rapper" and we all would be dumb enough to go along with it. Well seeing that Soulja has used up about 13 minutes of his 15 already. I'm not holding my breathe on a Soulja Boy, Nas beef. 2008, the economy was in a recession that reached album sales.

I am a music junkie, Hip Hop, R&B and Soul are among my favorites. I've admire music from Teddy Pendergrass to Jay Z. On this blog site we will discuss the whats going on the what happened and the what the F*&k. I will keep it real and I will entertain. Oh course I have my favorites and the ones that I just don't like. I wont give a bias opinion on any artist. And I definitely wont just target any one artist. My opinion is raw, real and funny.
